TT Superior Labels
• A specially-coated, extra white woodfree paper with an even smoother micro-absorbent surface structure. Designed
for use in high quality thermal transfer printing. A general-purpose permanent rubber based adhesive featuring high
initial tack and ultimate bond strength.
• Typical applications include bar code labels for inventory tracking, general retail labeling and industrial markets. The
product is recommended for applications where superior thermal transfer printing is required.
• The material can be converted and printed in all the usual printing technologies. Areas of the label designated for
imprinting should not be printed or varnished prior to imprinting.
• Fasson® Thermal Transfer (Superior) face materials are developed and selected in close co-operation with leading
Thermal Transfer printer and ribbon manufacturers. It should be noted that the print quality of the Thermal Transfer
system as such depends a great deal on the right match of Thermal Transfer ribbon, the printer and the printing
surface: therefore careful selection of the appropriate ribbon type is very important.

Polyester - Normal Polyester Faspet Polyester
• A supercalendered glassine paper with excellent strength characteristics. A 48 micron opaque white polyester,
characterized by high mechanical strength and good dimensional stability. A general-purpose permanent rubber
based adhesive featuring high initial tack and ultimate bond strength to a wide range of substrates.
• Typical applications include labels for rigid containers on Cosmetics, Toiletries and other Health and Beauty Aid
products, Food and Beverage products, promotional labeling and household chemicals requiring durability and
resistance to moisture and chemicals. The product is especially suitable for use on containers with a pearlescent
look. Due to the nature of the film, care should be taken with use on non-uniform surfaces and where a high level of
squeezability is required.
• Fasson® FasPet White product can be die-cut and stripped at high speeds due to its top coating can be printed by
flexo, screen and UV letterpress giving good results with solvent, UV and water based inks. It has excellent press
register stability. Care should be taken with use of heat for drying or UV curing.
